Stayed in a room with stunning lake views here.

Ended up here because my other hotel cancelled. The location was great and the hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and just right. Would stay here again.

Great-sized room with an amazing view of the lake. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable. Location is great, really close to several North Shore attractions, a nice restaurant, and beautiful scenic sights.

The pool facility has a good size pool for all of our five children and is well done with seating., Towels, sauna, etc.. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was decent with a good selection.

People were smoking in an adjacent room which made our family stay uncomfortable. The worse part is how this hotel charges for its rooms. They take additional money from your debit (credit) card of about 10% more for incidentals when you check in. Booked.net never explained this process when we reserved the room. In this particular case the hotel took out not only the 10% additional but another one night stay that we did not approve. We had to work with the hotel management to clear up this mess and it took 5-business days for our bank to clear our account - we were not happy about how this hotel chain does this and will avoid staying with them in the future because of it.

The hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Conveniently close to the center, just a short walk away - super convenient! 🚶‍♂️ The service is quick and the parking is easy to find.

Great-sized rooms with an amazing view of the lake. Good private bathroom. Outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff at all times. Great pool, parking on-site. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel.

Our weekend was WONDERFUL, would definitely book again. Everything was nice, outstandingly accommodating staff, perfect views of the lake. Central heating, TV with cable channels and a microwave were available in our deluxe double room.

The hotel is conveniently located on Highway 61, making it a great base for exploring North Shore attractions like Grand Marais, Grand Portage, and everything in between. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is included in the price, offering a variety of options like build-your-own breakfast sandwiches, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt. Guests can also enjoy a jacuzzi in their room and a new deck that faces Lake Superior, perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sunrise.

The internet connection at times can be limited, which can be frustrating for guests.

The property is absolutely great and friendly. The staff is attentive. The rooms are pet-friendly and reasonably large with exceptional views of the lake. The bathroom comes with a tub. The hotel is located favorably for hiking. they offer excellent service.
